Why do rates increase?
Due to the volume of claims nationwide, rates per unit may increase. This is in no way a reflection of your individual claim history, rather the carrier’s way of protecting against such risk.

What are the repercussions if I cancel my policy mid-term?
The policy is written on an annual basis. If you cancel mid-term for a discretionary reason, the carrier may require 100% minimum earned premium upon reinstatement later. If 100% minimum earned premium is required, we must have payment in full before binding coverage. We will not be able to generate a finance agreement.

How do I make my payment?
We are no longer able to facilitate taking monthly payments through our office. If you have financed, you will need to use the “Make a Payment” portal on this site, or call the finance company (Northern Investors Company: 1-800-767-7345) directly to make that payment.
